My assistant and I will come to your wedding or event and I will paint live guest portraits in watercolor. These are quick, faceless paintings. Guests will have their photo taken and I will paint from the photo, so no need to pose! Guests can pick up their paintings at the end of the event.
For weddings and large events there is a flat fee of $2000 for 4+ hours of painting. For example, I can set up and be ready to paint during the cocktail hour and a few hours into the reception.
A $500 retainer is required to secure the date with the remainder due 2 weeks before the event. Payment plans can be available if needed.
There are additional fees for travel further than one hour from Ardmore, PA, as well as for certain design elements (such as a printed border or maybe another creative element you come up with!)

It really depends! I can complete one painting in about 5-15 minutes, depending on how many people per portrait and level of detail. Average is about 5-6 paintings an hour; about 10-12 guests an hour. Typically, not every guest will ask for a portrait. We do try to limit everyone to one portrait per person in order to accommodate as many guests as possible.
Assuming portraits are done in groups of two, 4-5 hours of painting can serve about 50 guests.
If your wedding or event is larger than the amount of paintings that can be painted while I am there, the remaining portraits can be completed in studio for an additional fee.

During our design consultation, you can decide on elements such as the style of how the portraits are painted as well as if you'd like to add anything such as a printed border, florals, or name/date. Anything printed will be an extra fee. See above for a few examples of different styles!

Yes! Any travel within one hour of Ardmore, PA is included. Anything further will require an additional travel fee. If the drive is over 3 or so hours then hotel accommodations will also be required. When you inquire I will give you a quote for travel expenses, if applicable.

Yes, I do. Some venues require vendors to hold insurance and I can provide a COI if needed.

All we need at the venue is a table with two chairs, and two vendor meals! I will bring everything else that is needed.
